NEIL REIHER

Neil Reiher is a seasoned real estate professional with a deep-rooted passion for the industry. His journey began with an early fascination for real estate, which has evolved into a thriving career marked by diverse experiences.

Neil has had broad industry experience, including commercial brokerage in the central valley where he represented retail-oriented investors and operators. While in commercial brokerage, Neil completed roughly $8 million in transactions, one of the most notable being landlord representation of the Planet Fitness location in North Stockton. This experience provided him with a unique perspective that he has leveraged in his pivot to the residential sector.

In 2019, Neil changed his focus towards the residential sector. Starting first in property management, he quickly assumed management positions, eventually working full-time as a leasing professional, completing over $11 million in residential leases across a 3,000-unit portfolio of properties within the SF Bay Area and Los Angeles markets. In Sacramento, Neil underwrote deals for local investors through use of various cashflow models and pro forma rent analysis, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge to the table. 

When he's not immersed in real estate transactions, Neil channels his energy into capturing its essence through the lens of a camera. With a genuine passion for architectural photography and the creative arts, he portrays the intricate beauty of built environments and their relationship with nature. When he's not behind the camera, Neil enjoys refining his golf skills at his local course, diligently working towards eliminating his once-dreaded 3-putt.
